Description

INDICATIONS

For the purpose of aiding in gingival retraction and to control bleeding and reduce mucous membrane inflammation associated with dental impression procedures and Class V restorations or other tissue management problems in other phases of dentistry. 
Alu-Jen Gel is used to assure sulcular fluid control during luting of indirect bonded restorations. 
Alu-Jen Gel product is for topical use only. 
Alu-Jen Gel is compatible with any type of impregnated or plain cord. Free from coloring the area prepared.

INSTRUCTION

Attach delivery tip to Alu-Jen Gel syringe. Apply a thin bead of gel directly into the sulcus area. Select cord and pack into gel. Wait 2-6 minutes. If still bleeding, rinse with air/water spray and reapply gel. Remove cord. Rinse and dry. Take impression as usual.

 

Special recommendations:
The use of double cord pack technique is recommended. Place a smaller cord first, followed by a larger size. The small cord can be left in while the impression is taken and then removed.
